RMD Gunalon processor announced!

RMD has officially announced its new Gunalon microprocessor. According to their press release, it is aimed at the value market. Check this bit of the press release out:

The RMD Gunalon processor employs a new ground breaking 0.01u silver manufacturing process that enables us to pack 502 million transistors into 100 square millimeters of die size.
502 million transistors in 100 square millimeters of die size? That's pretty incredible... and we will be receiving an evaluation version very soon!
